On a quiet Saturday morning at Bo'ness station, a steam locomotive built for a Scottish ironworks more than a hundred years ago is being coaxed back to life by volunteers in oily overalls. The Bo'ness and Kinneil Railway runs five miles of standard-gauge track between Bo'ness and Manuel Junction, and almost every inch of it was saved from being scrapped by people who refused to let Scotland's industrial railway heritage disappear.
