      <description><![CDATA[Chapeltown does not look like a place where a national sporting legend would have been made. It is a small village in the middle of Valentia Island - a few streets, mature trees, a small river crossed by a bridge, gardens, two thousand sheep within walking distance. And yet on the GAA pitch at O'Conor Park, Mick O'Connell, generally regarded as one of the finest Gaelic footballers ever to play the game, learned to do what no one before or since has quite matched. Most days the pitch is empty. The village stays small. Chapeltown is the kind of place that surprises you by what it produces, not by how it looks.]]></description>
